Crop circles in Aussie

The Australians of Tasmania have finally solved the great mystery of the crop circle in their poppy fields. The accused are wallabies, who have been found eating the poppy heads (or narcotic seed pods actually), thus getting high, and hopping round in random circles. Many people believe crop circles that mysteriously appear in fields around the world are created by aliens. There has been 17 thefts resulting in 2280 poppy heads stolen throughout the financial year. Stolen from the poppy farms that are considered some of the safest in the world. Here are some quotes:
Attorney-General Lara Giddings said "the drugged out wallabies had been found hopping around in circles squashing the poppies, creating the formations".
Poppy producer Tasmanian Alkaloids said "livestock which ate the poppies were known to "act weird" -- including deer and sheep in the state's highlands".
Mr Rockliff said "There have been many stories about sheep that have eaten some of the poppies after harvesting and they all walk around in circles".
Tasmania is the world's largest producer of legally grown opium for the medicine market. Farmers grow the crop supplying the market with about 50 percent of the world's raw material for morphine and related opiates.
Weird, huh.
